The
real estate market has changed drastically since I entered the business at the
height of the market in 2006.Since
then we have experienced a shift from a buyers market to a sellers market including
a recession that flooded the marketplace with short sales and foreclosures.Interest rates dropped to record lows and are
back on the rise.When hiring an agent
to represent your interests it is imperative to find someone who understands current
market conditions and can explain how those conditions affect you.I have successfully navigated my clients
through the best and the worst of times to help them achieve the best possible
outcome in that specific economy.
Born
and raised in Central Jersey I relocated to beautiful Bucks County in 1991. A
graduate of Syracuse University I spent the majority of my early career in
broadcasting selling commercial advertising for several major market radio
companies. In 2006 I transitioned a nearly 20-year sales and marketing career
into a successful real estate business serving buyers and sellers in
Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Since that time I have had the pleasure of
representing hundreds of clients to buy sell lease and invest in real
estate.
I
am a member of The Bucks County Association of Realtors the Mercer County
Association of Realtors the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the
National Association of Realtors. I am active in community service as a
coordinator in my townships Neighborhood Watch Association am a former PTO
President and the founder of a non-profit to improve the lives of homeless animals.I also provide support for cancer patients as
a First Connection Volunteer Counselor with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
